Finishing Services

Parkerizing is a method of protecting a steel surface from corrosion and increasing its resistance to wear through the application of a chemical phosphate conversion coating. Also known as bonderizing, phosphating, or phosphatizing.

Cerakote is a Polymer-Ceramic coating that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood.

 

 

The process of hardening the surface of a metal object while allowing the metal deeper underneath to remain soft, thus forming a thin layer of harder metal at the surface.

Bluing is a passivation process in which steel is partially protected against rust, and is named after the blue-black appearance of the resulting protective finish.
